Do I need to show my PBW ticket when booking?
At any point of their journey, passengers must be able to justify the usage of the discounted Air France-KLM Global Meetings & Events fares by showing proof of attendance to the registered event, for example, an invitation letter or entrance ticket.
What are the booking and travel windows for this discount?
You can book flights between February 6 and April 16, 2026. Your actual travel dates must fall between April 7 and April 23, 2026. This gives you flexibility to arrive early, stay late, or fly in just for the conference days (April 15-16).
What if my ticket is less than €100?
The discount only applies to fares of €100 or higher. If your base fare is below this threshold, the promo code won't activate at checkout.
