Vivian is a Partner at ICONIQ. She joined ICONIQ six years ago to build out the Portfolio Analytics platform, which empowers companies to make informed business decisions via proprietary analytics, insights, and problem-solving frameworks. She works closely with founders and operational leaders at software and AI companies on a range of projects related to efficient scaling, GTM strategy, AI strategy, and technical excellence. Prior to ICONIQ, Vivian was a management consultant at Strategy&, overseeing tech-driven implementations for F500 clients across the consumer and healthcare landscape.
