He has over 20 years of investment banking experience, advising CEOs, CFOs, and Boards on multiple transactions across M&A, IPOs, equity, debt, and private capital raises. His core clients span across AI, Enterprise Software and Services. Thomas graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
