Thomas Klocanas is a Managing Partner at Strobe, where he leads investments across DeFi, infrastructure, and consumer crypto. His journey into crypto began in 2014 during his early career in equity research at Barclays, where he covered fintech, payments, and banks. After earning his MBA from Columbia Business School, Thomas transitioned into blockchain and digital assets, serving as Director of Strategy at ConsenSys and later helping launch White Star Capital’s $50M Digital Asset Fund, deploying investments into standout companies like Ledn, Superfluid, Paraswap, and StreamingFast. Most recently, he was a General Partner and Head of Venture at BlockTower Capital. Originally from France, Thomas now lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with his wife and son.
