Sara Maldon is a dynamic and driven leader in the AI space, helping companies unlock the value of AI for their business. As Head of Business Automation & AI at Make by Celonis, she led the efforts to deliver impactful AI & automation projects across all departments at Make as well as driving AI adoption from 8 to 96% of employees in just 4 months. Prior to joining Make, Sara managed data projects at a Paris-based scale-up and led a cybersecurity program at BNP Paribas. She is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech, with a focus on supporting women in STEM.
