Sachin Katti is Head of Industrial Compute at OpenAI, responsible for the strategy and execution of the compute infrastructure that powers frontier model training and global-scale inference. He previously served as Chief Technology & AI Officer at Intel, where he led the company’s AI strategy and technology direction. Sachin has also been a Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Stanford University since 2010, where his research has focused on next-generation networks and systems. He received his PhD in EECS from MIT in 2009.
