Ozan Kaya is the President of Lightning AI, former CEO of Voltage Park, leading the company's mission to democratize AI compute and build infrastructure for innovators and enterprises alike. Prior to Voltage Park, he served as President of CarLotz until its merger to Shift Technologies. Prior to that role, Ozan held positions at ShopRunner (CFO and COO – acquired by FedEx), Kapow (CFO), and Milestone Aviation Group (Treasurer). Before his operating career, Ozan worked in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank and Wachovia Securities. He also contributes to academia as a member of the Integrated Systems Engineering Advisory Board at The Ohio State University where he has an endowment for academic scholarships. Ozan holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a minor in Business from The Ohio State University.
