Maia Josebachvili is a technology executive and company builder. She is currently Chief Revenue Officer of AI at Stripe. Before this role, Maia held several leadership positions at Stripe, including GM of the Enterprise business, Global Head of Strategy & Operations, M&A, and HR. Before Stripe, Maia was the Founder and CEO of Urban Escapes, an e-commerce travel company, where she was named one of Inc Magazine's Top 30 Entrepreneurs Under 30 years old. Following the successful sale to LivingSocial, she took on the role of GM of New Business Initiatives, leading global teams and helping to scale the company 15x in two years. After LivingSocial, Maia joined as a founding member of Greenhouse and helped grow the company to successful $1B+ sale, serving in various roles from CMO to VP of Strategy & People. She started her career as a derivatives trader on Wall Street and also had a short stint as a professional skydiver. Maia serves on the Board of Trustees at Dartmouth College, her alma mater. She’s also active in the startup community, serving as an advisor to Google Ventures, Board Director of Brightwheel, and member of the Operator Collective.
