Karim is a passionate moderator with a focus on technology, leadership and transformation. He has interviewed some of the world’s most influential global leaders, CEOs, founders and celebrities. As a public speaker, he has delivered multiple keynote speeches on empowering leadership. Karim is currently an advisor to Creandum (VC) many other PE firms including Ethos Capital, CVC, Eurazeo. He is also an angel investor in 25+ early with a focus on deep tech and AI disruptive companies in the US and Europe. Previously, he was the Chief People Officer at Lilium, building the world‘s first electric vertical take-off and landing aircrafts (eVTOL). He also spent over 11 years as a Partner at Egon Zehnder (Executive Leadership) where he advised CEOs and boards backed by PE. He started his career in marketing and commercial roles at Diageo and Sony Ericsson Mobile. Karim is a certified Executive Coach and completed his Executive Education at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
