Inhi Cho Suh is CEO of Niantic Spatial, a company building real-world foundation models that unlock physical AI for a more productive and resilient world. From the team that brought global-scale AR to hundreds of millions of people, Niantic Spatial is now building the real-world model for robots, AI agents, and people - giving machines a geometrically accurate, spatially grounded understanding of physical spaces. For robotics specifically, Niantic Spatial addresses one of the field's hardest challenges: the gap between synthetic training environments and messy reality. Using inexpensive consumer-grade cameras, robot operators can rapidly create accurate meshes and Gaussian splats for real-to-sim training. Uniquely, the same capture data that trains a robot before deployment can localize it during deployment and feed real-world experience back into post-deployment learning - one model across the entire robot lifecycle, grounded in the real world rather than a generated one. Inhi brings two decades of enterprise technology experience to that mission, including as President of DocuSign, where she scaled the platform from $2B to $3B in revenue, and 20 years at IBM leading AI, big data, and global partnerships.
