Gabriel Hubert is the co-founder and CEO of Dust, a platform that helps fast-moving teams build and deploy AI agents connected to their company's knowledge and tools. Co-founded in 2023 with Stanislas Polu (formerly OpenAI) and backed by Sequoia, Dust is used by companies like Datadog, Vanta, Qonto, and Clay. Gabriel and Stan have been building together for over 20 years. They previously co-founded TOTEMS, acquired by Stripe in 2014, where Gabriel spent five years on geographic expansion and product. He then joined Alan as Chief Product Officer, leading a 60-person unit focused on health products for members and employers. Dust was born from a simple conviction: the biggest opportunity in AI isn't building models, but deploying them effectively inside real organizations. Since 2025, Gabriel has been a member of France's National AI and Digital Council, advising on AI policy in the public interest, and is generally enthusiastic about product topics and tsundoku.
