Getting to the Venue

By Metro:

The nearest metro stations are Palais Royal – Musée du Louvre (Lines 1 and 7) and Pyramides (Line 14). Both stations are a short walk from the Carrousel du Louvre.

By Bus:

Several bus lines serve the area, including routes 21, 27, 39, 68, 69, 72, 81, and 95.​

By Car:

An underground parking facility is available at 1 Avenue du Général Lemonier, providing direct access to the Carrousel du Louvre. The car park operates daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Getting In: What to Expect

Never been to PBW before? No worries, we’ll guide you step-by-step. The venue opens its doors at 8:00 AM each day, giving you plenty of time to settle in before the action begins. Registration desks will be clearly marked near the main entrance, just bring your ticket (digital or printed) and a valid photo ID. Once you’re checked in, you'll be given a badge and wristband, and you’re ready to explore.

Anyone wishing to skip the queue on event day can collect their badge on Monday from the Renaissance hotel from 10-6pm, Renaissance Paris Vendome, 4, rue du Mont Thabor 75001 Paris, France. 

The main stage sessions kick off at 9:00 AM, with keynotes from industry giants and innovators. Breakout sessions and workshops across multiple stages start shortly after, typically around 9:30 AM, so you’ll want to check the app for the exact schedule closer to the date. Pro tip: arrive early to snag a good seat for the opening talks!

Practical Amenities for Your Day

We’ve got your comfort covered so you can focus on networking, learning, and soaking in the vibes. Here’s what’s available:

Cloakroom:

Don’t lug your coat around all day, drop them off at the cloakroom near the entrance. It’s free and secure, perfect for those spring layers. 

Wi-Fi:

Charging Points:

Keep your devices powered up with charging stations scattered throughout the venue. Look for them near the lounges and main networking areas, first come, first served!

Got a media pass? You’re in for a treat. The press lounge offers a quiet space to work, plus designated interview space that can be booked each morning via the press office.

Free Coffee & Food:

Fuel up without breaking the bank. Coffee flows freely all day, grab a cup at the refreshment stations. Food is also on us, with a variety of options (think pastries in the morning, sandwiches, and snacks later) available at designated catering zones. Vegan and gluten-free choices will be there too, just ask the staff.
