Emma is Head of Nasdaq’s Nordic Talent Acquisition team EMEA Campus function, leading the region’s TA growth strategies and initiatives on modernizing Nasdaq’s TA function globally. Passionate about creating a diverse workplace inclusive for all by advocating for agile TA processes and adaptable operating models for every stage in the talent lifecycle.Prior to Nasdaq, Emma has experience from banking and automobile industry researching on performance management and talent management. Academically Emma earned a BBA and a MSc in Human Resource Management graduating from Copenhagen Business School
