Jeff is Global Head Web3 at AWS. In 2017, he founded AWS’ Web3,blockchain, crypto business building mechanisms leveraging Amazon’spowers to help customers across Web3’s various layers to scale. Prior toAWS, Jeff spent seven years in venture finance providing growth capital toearly stage, venture-backed tech companies. The decade prior to venturelending, he was a financial and commodity derivatives trader. His affinity forstartups was formed during his first career stop as an early employeerunning operations and corporate development for the first non-financialinstitution to deploy ATM machines. Before starting his career, Jeff playedcollege and professional hockey and still has all his teeth.
