Oya Celiktemur is the EMEA Sales Director for Ondo Finance. Prior to joining Ondo, she played a pivotal role in launching Europe's first Bitcoin ETF as part of the core team at Jacobi Asset Management and gained foundational experience in the sector at Copper, an institutional crypto custodian. Before her transition to digital assets, Oya spent 15 years in traditional finance, starting her career in Structured Credit Derivatives at Lehman Brothers followed by Prime Brokerage at Jefferies and subsequently Morgan Stanley. She holds a BA in Mathematics from Cornell University and an MSc in Applied Mathematics with a dissertation focused on cryptography from the London School of Economics.
