She brings over 14 years of global expertise across Digital Finance, spanning strategy & technology consulting, corporate development and venture investments. As an expert in navigating the intricate worlds of enterprise innovation and technology, Odelia has held key leadership positions at leading financial institutions, including The World Bank’s investment arm IFC, Head of FinTech & Blockchain for Deloitte, The EU Technology and R&D Directorate under the Ministry of Economy, among others. Recognized for her industry impact, Odelia was selected as Most Inspirational Women of Web 3 and AI of 2025, and by The Marker Business Magazine as one of its Top 40 Under 40 Most Promising Young Practitioners in 2018. She is also a PhD candidate specializing in Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) and the future of the monetary system, deepening her research on the intersection of blockchain, finance and policy.
