At AMINA, Myles champions a client-first approach in product development and has been instrumental in the bank's transformation into a global platform serving clients across 35+ countries. Myles brings 15 years of financial services leadership, including Santander UK, where he held several product roles across retail and corporate banking. His experience scaling products for one of Europe's largest banks provided the foundation for his transition to fintech innovation as Chief Product Officer at London-based Globacap, where he led product development for nearly three years.
