, 2026

Krishna leads the LSE’s capital markets relationships with global institutional capital: private equity, sponsors, institutional investors, LPs, pension funds, SWFs, VCs and other asset owners across multiple assets: from equities and fixed income to funds, across public and private solutions. As Head of Product, he grew LSEG’s Digital Markets Infrastructure from launch to scale across multiple asset classes. He has led multidisciplinary teams delivering $200+ billion of transactions across 60+ jurisdictions. A strategic operator at the intersection of finance, technology, and public policy, Krishna combines leadership experience across financial institutions, corporates, governments and regulators, and large‑scale technology including Fintech, Web3, DLT, and Digital Assets — building solutions and products that scale, endure, and adapt. In 2023–24, Krishna advised on the UK Primary Markets Effectiveness Review—the most comprehensive reforms of UK capital markets in nearly 40 years—helping rewrite the Listing Rules and design the Public Offers and Prospectus regimes following the Hill and Austin Reviews. He began his career as a Corporate/M&A lawyer at Magic Circle and White Shoe firms, counselling corporates, boards, and sovereigns on their highest-stakes transactions and governance spanning public M&A, capital markets, special situations, private credit, and regulatory interface for over a decade. A recognised thought-leader in inclusive capitalism and stakeholder governance, he has convened CEO roundtables at the World Economic Forum in Davos and acted pro bono on landmark human rights matters. He serves in non‑executive capacities, combining innovation, strategy, scale, transformation, and institutional readiness across the public–private interface. Krishna has been named as a Rising Star of European Finance by Financial News, and by ATTITUDE Magazine as one of 101 Trailblazers Changing the World. The UK and Indian governments honoured him as one of 75 UK–India Achievers in 2023, and he received the Asian Achievers Award in 2018. For his legal practice, he received the inaugural Rising Star Award at the British Legal Awards and was recommended for Premium / £500 million+ M&A in Legal 500 UK 2022 and Legal 500 Asia Pacific. He is a Fellow of St George’s House, Windsor Castle, a group of 250 global leaders founded by HRH Prince Philip to advance leadership and dialogue on critical contemporary issues. Krishna was educated at St Stephen’s College Delhi, Merton College Oxford, and Sciences Po Paris.
