Karima Lachgar is the Member of the Executive Committee of Olky Group which operates in the payments and crypto sectors and she holds different key positions in OlkyPay and OlkyWallet. In her roles, she seeks to develop and accelerate use cases within the Group. Key areas of focus include multimodal payment solutions (embedding cryptocurrencies), tokenisation of assets and key partnership with global players and disruptive start-ups. She is as well in charge with leading the change management in some business units. Before that, she served as a lawyer and partner at Osborne Clarke law firm (France), heading their banking, fintech, and crypto practice. She has over 20 years of experience in financial regulations, payments, and crypto-asset advisory. She holds degrees from Paris X, Paris I, London South Bank University, and Paris Mines Tech. Early in her career, she worked as a lobbyist of the banking industry and later as Managing Director of the French Association of Custodians and Financial Market Infrastructures (France Post-Marché).
