Francesco Ranieri Fabracci is Head of Tokenization Expansion at Tether, where he leads global partnerships and institutional adoption of Hadron, Tether’s platform for the tokenization of real-world assets. He began his career in the asset management industry working with investment funds and banking, before moving into fintech where he held managerial roles focused on financial innovation. He later founded blockchain startups, gaining hands-on experience in the development of the digital asset ecosystem. Francesco holds a degree in Finance and an MBA from INSEAD. His work today focuses on bridging traditional finance and blockchain infrastructure, enabling institutions to bring real-world assets on-chain.
