He previously served as Global Head of Operations for Paysafe, a licensed EMI payment institution, as well as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Crypto.com. Additionally, he was the Head of Growth for Europe at Binance, where he played a key role in scaling operations across the continent. Earlier in his career, Erald managed operations for several new banking startup initiatives across multiple European countries, giving him a strong foundation in traditional finance. As OKX’s primary public representative in Europe, Erald is at the forefront of driving innovation and building trust in the region’s crypto ecosystem.
